FC 24: Way to join closed beta

EA Sports FC 24 is just a few months away from its release. EA's first football game without the FUT name aims to be the best experience ever, so fans may get to see it for themselves sooner than expected.
Like many other EA Sports titles, there will be a closed beta that anyone can sign up for. However, not everyone will receive a test code. But if you want to give it a try, here are a few ways to receive test codes.


How to register for the closed beta

First, you need an EA account. The next steps are very simple:

1. Go to account settings
2. Under Email Preferences, select FUT as your preferred game.
3. In the EA Playtesting tab, check "Join EA Playtesting".
4. Afterward, the form will be sent to you, please fill it out now.

you are done! You are now registered and receiving test codes. Then again, not everyone will have access to the upcoming closed beta. EA Sports generally distributes a limited number of codes throughout the testing process.
As of now, no start date for the beta has been set. It is expected to start in early to mid-August. It gives EA ample time to find bugs and performance issues, and lets fans test their next game.

Tips to Increase Your Chances

Here are some tips to increase your chances of receiving a code:

1. On the Email Preferences page, check "Yes, I will send emails about EA products, news, events and promotions in accordance with EA's Privacy and Cookie Policy".
2. EA selects beta participants based on their game performance and achievements in "specific modes." So if you play FUT a lot and play all the modes FUT has to offer, you will most likely have received test codes.
3. Certain regions, such as the US and UK, are more likely to receive test codes, possibly due to the larger audience size.

We don't know which modes will be available in the closed beta, or which clubs and countries you'll be able to play in. We're assuming kickoff should be available, and maybe a career mode. For reference, the first closed beta of Madden 24 offers Franchise Mode and other modes for players to tackle.
EA Sports FC 24 has a release date of September 29, 2023, but Ultimate Edition owners will have a week of early access. The game will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
