Diablo 4: How to get & use Gurgling Head

Diablo 4's long-awaited second season has brought a lot of excitement to the gaming world, and some of it comes with some strange objects. You may get tired of your grunt head making strange noises and be tempted to throw it away, but don't. After all, not only can it be sold for a lot of money, but it can also be used to summon the boss. The Grunt Head and three other malignant body parts are vital ingredients in the fight against the Echoes of Valshan in Diablo 4, and here we'll go over all the ways to get the item.

All ways to get a Gollum head

First of all, there are several ways to obtain Gollum heads in Diablo 4:
First, you can obtain this item from the cache by completing Whispers of Death in levels 3 and 4 of the world.
Secondly, Gollum's head can be obtained from random drops from enemies in the Grotesque Debtors.
Finally, you can obtain the item by reincarnating into other malignant body parts.

Before we look at these methods in detail, it should be noted that the "Malignant Body Parts" are obtained randomly. However, Transmute is an exception and you can definitely get the items you want.

Still, we recommend visiting Whispering Death first. Completing this activity at World Level 3 and World Level 4 has a high chance of receiving at least one Vicious Corpse Cache. By opening this cache, you can find random malignant body parts, but more importantly, you can find multiple parts at once.

Alternatively, you can take part in the Blood Harvest and Grim Favor events to hunt down the grotesque Debtor enemies. Killing these creatures will give you a random drop of Grunt heads and other parts, but the chance of success is low.

If you have a large inventory of malignant body parts but still can't find a "Grumble Head", you can create one by visiting an alchemist in any major city:
Malignant Body Chest Trembling Hands, Malicious Fragments, 5 Veil Crystals.
Malignant Body Cache Burnt Femur, Wound Ward, 5 Veil Crystals
Rumble Head: Malignant Heart, Abstract Crest, 15 Veil Crystals.

Use Gulutou

As we said before, the Gollum Head has only one purpose, and that is to summon the Echoes of Valshan. The specific steps are as follows:
Travel to Havezar and find the Whispering Tree in the Twisting Swamp area.
Complete the Whispering Tree bounty to unlock the vicious cave entrance.
Next, collect the Grunt Head, Trembling Hand, and Black Femur, then enter the cave. At World Level 4, you also need a Malignant Heart.
Continue along the Malevolent Cave and place the collected materials on the Malevolent Altar.
Enjoy fighting the powerful Valshan Echo boss.
